Embracing new flavor combination is like waiting in line for a roller coaster… Will it but great, whack, memorable or lack luster? Today I experienced salmon & grapes and anchovies & tofu – beyond unexpected but well received.
It hit the popular sensories… sweet, spicy and salty.
This was not an everyday dish but a nice tastebud visit.
