Pretty Food: Grapes of Wrath Salmon

Embracing new flavor combination is like waiting in line for a roller coaster… Will it but great, whack, memorable or lack luster? Today I experienced salmon & grapes and anchovies & tofu – beyond unexpected but well received.

It hit the popular sensories… sweet, spicy and salty.

This was not an everyday dish but a nice tastebud visit.

Ingredients

Ahi Tuna
Jerk Salmon
Tofu Scramble with anchovies
Papaya puree (taste like Tang haha)
Grapes & Edible flower garnish
